How fast they learn.

Ella is just a sponge when it comes to learning new things. Since her birthday she can now climb up and down the stairs (grandma tang taught ella), ask for food (umm umm), milk (nie nie), juice (ju), noodles (mien mien), say "bye bye", and blow you a kiss on command.

She no longer cries when mom and dad go to work, but starts to say bye when she sees us put on our jackets. She also loves to look out the window - she even knows to look out the front window for mom (mom parks on the street) and out the rear window for dad (who parks in the garage).

Ella loves to watch us do something and copy us. She also loves to move items from one container to the next, and remove and replace the cap from her bottle.
