where did the summer go.

we can't believe that summer is over and fall is just around the corner. this summer was full of lots of fun for ella, from visiting toronto on her own for a few weeks, to going swimming, visiting with her friends, and having her cousins tobin and mathis visit. here are some pics.



















ella loves to dress up and 'design' outfits. here she is using old recycled paper to make a dress and tiny slippers and crown. ella wants to be a designer when she grows up.
















here is ella's best friend simone. we were invited over on a hot summer day to play in their kiddy pool followed by a lovely dinner and cool treats.















ella's first ride on a roller coaster with her buddies Ryder and Burton. this is at a local amusement park called Callaway park and is perfect for kids. Ryder and Burton were great at showing ella around and taking her on the rides.




















ella loves to wear dresses, so much so that she doesn't undertand why her mom only wears pants to work. here we are getting ready for uncle Marko's surprise party.
