Old Post... our visit to portland

Back in early June, the Tangs were off to Portland. Mom had a conference to attend, so Dad and I went along for the free stay at a nice hotel. It was great, we stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel Downtown Portland (we highly recommend it, with separate bedroom, dinning area, fridge, microwave and CLEAN washrooms). When we arrived, I asked to jump into my crib.
































And I loved the chocolates that were on the pillow too.

My favourite part of the trip was getting to ride on the plane, train and bus. Mom and Dad think it is cool how much I love automobiles.

Other highlights of the trip included visiting the Japanese Garden. It was beautiful and lots of fun (i liked exploring and ran down a flight of rock steps and fell at the bottom but it didn't hurt that much, i guess next time i won't pull away from mom and dad).


















The other best thing about this trip was hanging out the entire day with dad - that is pretty rare right now b/c dad has a lot of work to do. But I think i picked up on a few of his habits....

I sure do admire my dad.
